Bad Service!! Well, I have been here twice now. Both experiences were the same. I arrived on time and my appointment was late getting started. The stylist who i saw has chosen to schedule multiple clients (4-5) during the same appointment slot. I got a full highlight and Im not kidding at least 4 other clients came and went in between my appointment and I was left waiting long waits in between foiling 1/2 my head, dryer, wait, shampoo, wait, foil other half, wait, dryer again, wait, shampoo again, wait, condiitioner, wait, and THEN dried my hair. EACH wait was at least 20 minutes if not more. I was so exhausted by the end i didnt even get a cut because I had been there 4 hours and there was another client who was obviously frustrated as well waiting. each client was left if the endless cycle of waiting on the other. The first time this happened i was upset, but i went back because she did a good job, and i gave her the benefit of the doubt that it was a saturday and maybe she got overbooked. Well the 2nd time was a regular mid wednesday afternoon because i thought it wouldnt be as bad. Its obviously just how she schedules things. To the other stylists credit i did not notice the same trends with them, just one. Also my second appt my highlights turned platinum bc i had obviously been under the dryer too long and she didnt notice bc she was so rushed.
I called and got an appointment, when I arrived I was asked to wait... after about 10 minutes a lady came up and asked if I was her 4pm appointment, I said yes. She looked at me hair and said," your hair is too long/ too thick and I don't have the 3 hours to spend doing your hair. I would like to be home by 7, so you will have to reschedule for another day." I said no thanks and left. I could see if I had just walked in with no appointment, but I guess when you schedule an appointment you need to specify your hair length and thickness!!
Was on vacation and needed a fill in my lash extensions. I saw Angelica and the work she did was amazing.
We always get our hair cut here. My girls' hair looks great and so does my wife's. You can't go anywhere better.
