The lady that greeted us was very kind. The waiting room was filled with plenty of magazines. The service was extremely fast. Great place. Will go back.
They were really fast with my oil change and had the right filters for my Dodge Durango. Got things done in 1/3 of the time it took Russell Barnett down the street to give me the same service. Well worth the extra $10 spent to get the oil change. The female receptionist had great manners. Not sure what the previous review was about
They were very rude and disrespectful the whole time for absolutely no reason. When I asked for a certain kind of oil filter they got an attitude and said they only had one kind of filter and when they were finished I asked if everything looked ok and they treated me like I was stupid for asking. There's not a lot of options in Winchester but it's worth driving farther to avoid this place.

Well I've came several times. They're a little pricey but usually fast and good that's why I came. Well the older man was absolutely rude for no reason. Finally the woman came out like usual and she's nice but that old man was rude and no reason to be. Wasn't my first time but after that it will be my last. And you wander why it's never busy
