This store location used to be very poor in customer satisfaction.But they have changed some staff members around and it's getting better.
Not a very good selection of phones, you are better off going to a corporate owned Verizon store.
This store needs a mature manager; all of the associates are young, smart-mouthed and rude because there is no one they have to answer to on the premises. They will openly and loudly dispute with customers in front of other customers, even telling some not to come back! It is truly pathetic the way they treat old people...they condescendingly offer as little help as possible so as to get rid of them. Clearly, someone needs to step in and clean house!!
